As a Walmart associate, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of retail, tech, merchandising, finance, and many other industries – all while impacting the lives of millions of customers around the world.What You'll DoAs a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:• Identifying and collecting information to aid in various Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and risk evaluation objectives, compliance requirements, and situation awareness regions.• Designing and developing dashboards to assist stakeholders in scoping risk and assessing the maturity of associated controls.• Constructing custom reports as needed to provide insights and correlations from data.• Applying expertise in analytics strategies and tools to increase defensible and regular methodologies for assessing risk.• Providing input on new and emerging risk regions using data-driven analysis.• Soliciting feedback and contributing to the continuous development of our ERM and risk evaluation processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSome of the key responsibilities of this role include:• Data collection and processing from disparate information systems across our US and global businesses.• Developing and maintaining complex data visualizations and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and BigQuery.• Collaborating with compliance professionals, attorneys, and business leaders to communicate insights and effects.• Staying up-to-date with emerging risks and trends in the industry.What You'll BringTo be successful in this role, you will need:• Deep SQL knowledge and expertise in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, BigQuery, PowerApps, and Dataiku.• Experience working on legal, compliance, ERM, or risk evaluation matters.• Adept at generating impactful visualizations and using data to tell a story.• Proficiency in coding using R or Python.• Robust verbal and written communication skills.• A growth mindset and a passion for learning new things.Essential and Preferred QualificationsWe are looking for candidates with:• A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business, or finance).• At least 2 years of experience in data entry, risk management, or a related field.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Career Growth Opportunities and Learning BenefitsAt Walmart, we are committed to the growth and development of our associates.
