As a data entry specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for understanding and working with various data entry concepts, including master data, yields, formulas, building sheets, and bill of materials. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes, which are critical to our food safety and quality assurance protocols. Key Responsibilities Preparing, sorting, and interpreting data in an organized manner to ensure efficient data entry, including matching assemblies with batch tickets. Closing batch tickets for both locations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks. Reading and understanding product formulas, building sheets, and bill of materials to ensure data accuracy. Understanding units of measure and their significance in data entry and reporting. Clarifying missing information by contacting document authors, ensuring that data is complete and accurate. Maintaining current tracking systems and updating existing systems to meet future requirements, ensuring that our data management processes remain efficient and effective. Understanding the management of quality systems, including SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices, which are essential for ensuring the safety and quality of our products. Adhering to PPE requirements as necessary, ensuring a safe working environment. Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: Bilingual English/Spanish (reading, writing, speaking) skills are required, enabling effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders. An associate degree or equivalent is required, demonstrating a foundation in data entry, business administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field is highly preferred, with experience in a manufacturing environment being an asset.
