Job Overview This is a full-time remote position available to candidates based in the United States. As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, while also contributing to our quality and safety assurance efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing, sorting, and interpreting data, as well as maintaining our tracking systems and ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Preparing, sorting, and interpreting data in an organized manner to ensure efficient data entry, including matching assemblies with batch tickets. Closing Batch Tickets for both locations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Reading and understanding product formulas, building sheets, and bill of materials, as well as units of measure. Clarifying missing information by contacting document authors and maintaining current tracking systems. Updating existing systems to meet future requirements and ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations, including SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices. Adhering to PPE requirements as required and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. Performing other duties as assigned, including contributing to quality and safety assurance efforts and ensuring the highest standards of excellence in every aspect of our operations. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. The following qualifications and requirements are essential: Bilingual English/Spanish (reading/writing/speaking) is required, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An Associate degree or equivalent is required, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, quality assurance, or a related field. Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of quality and safety regulations, including SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices. Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Prior experience in manufacturing, with a strong understanding of production processes and quality control measures. Experience with quality and safety assurance systems, including SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices. Certification in quality assurance or a related field, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
