Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, including insurance solutions and financial planning strategies. Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging our industry-leading leads and personalized mailings. Meet and exceed sales targets, earning competitive commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential. Participate in comprehensive virtual training and ongoing support to excel in your role. Collaborate with our team in a dynamic and supportive virtual work environment. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, continuously improving your knowledge and skills. Requirements: A background in sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Self-motivation and a drive to succeed. The capability to work autonomously or collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in basic computer skills and a readiness to learn insurance-related software. A valid insurance license or the willingness to pursue one. A high school diploma or equivalent; while a diploma or equivalent is preferred, it's not a requirement. At least 18 years old, or will turn 18 within 30 days of hire, legally able to work in the United States, and able to pass a state background check.
