What You'll Do As a Staff Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through data analysis and insights. Your primary responsibilities will include: Collaborating with Item Success, Record Management, and Suppliers to ensure successful delivery of market research projects, meeting ISO and global data processing standards. Leading the execution of daily requests for data analysis and control of primary and secondary data to support Provider and Internal requests. Assessing demands for data services and understanding the requirements of market research projects. Preparing, planning, prioritizing, and communicating effectively to ensure expectations are met and delivered on schedule. Validating databases for interactive consistency, reformatting, and updating databases for downstream analysis. Manipulating data into the right format for analysis purposes using Excel or SPSS (weighting and processing as necessary). Providing proactive advice or ideas for improvements and automation, where necessary, to enhance overall efficiency and delivery. Performing other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned. Developing and communicating best practices to stakeholders across divisions to continuously improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our product offerings and processes. A strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of providing insightful, data-driven support using quantitative data. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business Administration).
