About the Role In this exciting and rewarding role, you'll be working in our multi-lingual EuroHub operations team, where you'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end customer service to our customers. You'll be fully trained in every aspect of the customer experience and will be provided with comprehensive training on the entire industry. As a key member of our team, you'll be expected to take full responsibility for customer queries, providing suitable solutions while keeping up with rapid change as we grow. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to our customers via phone and email, providing support and guidance on energy-related queries Take ownership of customer issues, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner Work collaboratively with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers Contribute to the development of our customer service operations, sharing ideas and suggestions for improvement Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to be fluent in both English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You'll also need to be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on empathy, patience, and understanding.
