Job Overview As a Google Ads Marketing Manager at 565 Media LLC, you'll play a critical role in developing and managing effective digital strategies for our clients. You'll be responsible for leading a team of Google Ads Specialists, executing campaign strategy tactics, and analyzing data to optimize campaign performance. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, lead, and inspire our team of Google Ads Specialists to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Develop and implement campaign strategy tactics on a daily basis, ensuring campaigns are tracking according to allocated budgets and performance goals. Conduct in-depth analyses to ensure the Google Ads channel is meeting all KPIs, including traffic goals, revenue, ROI, and engagement. Maintain Google Ads best practices across all campaigns and search engines, ensuring compliance with company standards. Support other paid digital acquisition strategies, such as app promotion, display, paid social, and retargeting, as needed. Identify areas of growth opportunity for Google Ads campaigns and develop strategies to execute and report on results. Collaborate with day-to-day account managers at Google and Bing to ensure seamless campaign execution. Review Google Ads data across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and GA, to inform campaign optimization decisions. Support marketing tag integration through GTM and troubleshoot implementation issues. Optimize Google Ads campaigns using SQRs and Landing Page tools to drive improved performance. Work closely with the Business Analytics team on key projects to drive business growth. Manage quarterly and semi-annual Google Ads optimization projects to maintain updated and relevant campaigns. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience managing large paid search campaigns (Google, Bing, Yahoo). Up-to-date, deep, in-the-weeds Google Ads platform expertise. Experience scaling/managing budgets of $10,000-$250,000+/month in ad spend across these channels. Strong Excel proficiency and analytical skills. Ability to lead work with the design team to execute on strong iterative ad concepts. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred: Agency experience and experience leading a Google Ads team. Experience scaling YouTube and Video campaigns on Google Ads in a performance marketing setting. Facebook Advertising experience. A "can-do" attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment. What We Offer At 565 Media LLC, we offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes: 401(k) and 401(k) matching.
