Experienced Google Ads Specialist for SaaS Growth (Search + Conversion-Focused)
Job Description We are a growing SaaS company looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to help us drive high-intent traffic and qualified signups through Google Search Ads. This is not a basic setup role. We are looking for someone who understands SaaS funnels, conversion tracking, and ROI-focused optimization, not just clicks. Responsibilities Plan, set up, and manage Google Search campaigns focused on high-intent keywords Conduct keyword research for: Problem-aware keywords Competitor & comparison keywords SaaS-specific buying intent Write and test high-converting ad copy Set up and optimize: Conversion tracking (GA4 / Google Tag Manager) Smart bidding strategies Negative keyword lists Continuously optimize campaigns for: Cost per signup Conversion rate ROAS / CAC Provide clear performance reports and insights Requirements Proven experience managing Google Ads for SaaS or software products Strong experience with Google Search Ads (Display/YouTube is a plus, not required) Solid understanding of: SaaS acquisition funnels Landing page optimization Conversion tracking & attribution Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions Fluent English communication Nice to Have Experience with B2B SaaS or subscription-based products CRO or landing page optimization experience Experience scaling accounts beyond initial setup What We’re Looking For Results-focused (not just traffic-focused) Strategic thinker who can recommend improvements beyond ads Someone who treats our ad spend like their own money Engagement Details Initial contract: Monthly management Budget: Open to discussion based on experience Long-term opportunity for the right candidate To Apply Please include: Your relevant Google Ads experience (especially SaaS) Case studies or results (CPA, ROAS, conversion improvements) Tools you use (GA4, GTM, etc.) Briefly explain how you would approach Google Ads for a SaaS product Apply tot his job
