**Experienced Group Fitness Instructor – Part-time Position for On-site and Virtual Classes**

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at our client site located in Spring, TX. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering fun, effective, and safe group exercise classes to members participating in our program. This is a part-time position, teaching 1-5 classes per week, with the possibility of instructing in-person and virtual group exercise classes. We welcome applicants with a background in teaching various group fitness formats, including dance, yoga, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit training. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-energy, engaging, and safe group exercise classes to members participating in our program. Teach 1-5 classes per week, with the possibility of instructing in-person and virtual group exercise classes. Develop and implement creative and effective lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of our members. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all participants. Collaborate with our team to promote our fitness programs and services. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest group fitness trends and best practices. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Essential Qualifications Current 200+ HR Yoga or group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification. Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety & Health Institute within 30 days of hire. Meet hiring requirements, including but not limited to, a pre-employment drug test. Preferred Qualifications Experience teaching various group fitness formats, including dance, yoga, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit training. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. Ability to create engaging and motivating lesson plans that cater to different fitness levels and goals. Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, with the possibility of adjusting hours as needed.
