At blithequark, the sky is the limit! **Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling if required **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you must: * Be able to work remotely in a virtual team environment * Have 6 months of customer service experience (preferred) * Be at least 18 years of age * Be able to type 25 wpm * Have a High School Graduate or GED * Be comfortable with desktop computer systems * Possess proven oral and written communication skills * Demonstrate logical problem-solving skills * Be able to navigate Windows operating systems * Possess organization and work prioritization skills **Language Requirements** For English-Speaking Representatives: * Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
