As you continue to grow and challenge yourself, you will discover your potential can take you anywhere you want to go. **Did you know that our Chief Client Officer started her career at arenaflex as an agent and advanced to the pinnacle of the company?** At arenaflex, the sky is the limit! **Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling if required **Qualifications** We are looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
