We are now seeking an experienced and empathetic Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our remote team as a Phone Intake Specialist. Job Overview In this critical role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providers, and referral sources seeking home healthcare services. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, handling approximately 60-65 incoming calls per day. Your primary responsibility will be to collect clinical and demographic information, enter it into our portal, and provide exceptional customer service to all callers.
