Your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems * Providing accurate and timely information on insurance verifications, benefits education, billing questions, prescription issues, and technical challenges * Managing complex situations, including real-time support during time-sensitive situations * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions * Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty **What We're Looking For** We're seeking individuals with a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and a determination to deliver exceptional customer experiences. While customer service experience is a plus, it's not required.
