About the Role We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key contributor to our customer service team, you will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Responsibilities As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your responsibilities will include: Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our services Upselling products or services when required Qualifications We are looking for fearless and inspired individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
