About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key contributor to our customer service team, you will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries, responding to varying questions, issues, and concerns, and providing innovative solutions to resolve problems.
