Job Overview As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include: Connecting with Customers : Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns. Issue Resolution : Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate. Request Assistance : Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. Call Tracking : Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. Feedback and Upselling : Provide feedback on call issues and upsell when required. Qualifications We are looking for fearless and inspired individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have: Ability to Work Remotely : Experience working in a virtual team environment and ability to work independently. Customer Service Experience : 6 months of customer service experience preferred, but not required. Age and Education : Must be over 18 years of age and have a high school graduate or GED equivalent. Technical Skills : Ability to type 30 wpm, comfort with desktop computer systems, and proficiency in Windows operating systems. Communication and Problem-Solving Skills : Proven oral and written communication skills, logical problem-solving skills, and ability to navigate complex issues. Organization and Time Management : Strong organization and work prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities. Work from Home Requirements To work from home with blithequark, you will need to meet the following internet connection requirements: Minimum Download Speed : 50.0 Mbps. Minimum Upload Speed : 10.0 Mbps. ISP Requirements : No packet loss and ping under 50ms. Proof of Internet Speed : You will need to provide proof of your internet speed.
