About the Role As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the frontline interface between our organization and patients, members, customers, and healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings, assess high-risk patients, and facilitate other healthcare appointments. Conduct welcome calls to assist members and patients with benefits and insurance information, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Perform outbound calls to conduct surveys, gathering valuable feedback to enhance our services and improve patient outcomes. Utilize your passion for helping patients make informed decisions that enhance their healthcare experience, providing guidance and support whenever needed. Maintain accurate records of all interactions, ensuring that patient information is up-to-date and secure. Qualifications To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Strong computer experience, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion. Strong oral and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties, with a high level of organizational skills. Minimum internet download speed of 100Mbps and upload speed of 20Mbps. Able to provide 2 monitors, at least 22 inches, with HDMI and Display ports. Compensation and Benefits At blithequark, we value our team members and offer a competitive compensation package.
