Job Summary: Healthcare Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative on the blithequark team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support to our clients by addressing customer concerns, providing timely assistance, and resolving issues efficiently. Your work will be instrumental in shaping the customer experience and fostering a positive, lasting impression of our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with issues and concerns related to product and/or service usage, providing timely and effective resolutions. Document call-related information accurately for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Maintain and update customer information as necessary, ensuring records are current and reflective of customer interactions. Identify opportunities to upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, enhancing customer value and driving business growth. Qualifications and Skills: To excel in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED, serving as the foundational educational requirement. Customer service experience, which is highly desirable as it indicates familiarity with customer dynamics and issue resolution. Strong computer navigational skills, with the ability to efficiently use various software applications. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, to effectively manage documentation and reporting. Excellent oral and written communication skills, enabling clear, concise, and professional interactions with customers. Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, crucial for understanding customer concerns and providing accurate solutions. Work Environment and Requirements: As a work-from-home representative, your workspace must adhere to specific requirements to ensure productivity and data security: Your work environment must be a private residence, with the address listed in your personnel file. blithequark will provide necessary equipment, which may include a webcam, to facilitate your work. You are required to have a reliable Internet/Broadband connection via DSL or Cable. Satellite, Dial-up, and Wireless Internet connections are not supported. Your workstation must be directly connected to the Internet, with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps, verified through your ISP. Physical Demands: This role involves constant sedentary work, requiring you to be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
