Key Responsibilities Assist customers in resolving issues and concerns related to the use of our products and services, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience. Accurately document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining the highest level of data integrity. Maintain and update customer information as necessary, ensuring that all records are current and accurate. Identify opportunities to upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundation in basic education. Previous customer service experience, although not required, is highly desirable and will be considered an asset. Strong computer navigational skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, is necessary for this role. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, allowing you to understand and address customer concerns effectively.
