Resolve customer concerns and issues in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary. Handle customer requests for flight changes, upgrades, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to customer travel plans. Educate customers on blithequark loyalty programs, policies, and services, promoting customer loyalty and retention. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Home-Based Customer Service Advocate at blithequark, you will need: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or airline industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
