Some of your key responsibilities will include: * **Data Entry and Record Management**: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions using our CRM system. This will involve entering data, updating records, and ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. * **Schedule Appointments**: Schedule appointments and meetings for sales or service teams by contacting leads, maintaining calendars, and ensuring accurate communication of meeting details. This will involve coordinating with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and scheduling. * **Booking and Coordination**: Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities. This will involve using our travel booking platforms and CRM systems to find the best options for our clients and ensure that all arrangements are made according to their preferences. * **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This will involve listening to clients' concerns, providing solutions, and ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and professionally. * **Travel Advisory**: Offer expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options to clients. This will involve staying up-to-date on the latest travel trends, destinations, and regulations, and using this knowledge to provide personalized travel recommendations to our clients. * **Problem Solving**: Handle any issues or concerns that arise during travel, such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes, and provide timely solutions. This will involve thinking critically, communicating effectively, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that will enable you to deliver exceptional customer service and support our team's efforts. Some of the key requirements for this role include: * **Experience**: Proven experience in a customer service role or within the travel industry.
