Key Responsibilities Answer 2-3 incoming chats using our LiveEngage (LivePerson) platform, providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Consult customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase, identifying and resolving problems in a way that creates a positive customer experience Proactively communicate and engage with your manager and team members to be successful in a virtual work environment, including one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and team chats Maintain high performance metrics, including revenue per call, quality, availability, and dependability, while living our company values: Big Hearted, Unconventional, Tenacious, and Better Together What You'll Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in customer service, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar field. You should also have excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute, and technical proficiency. A reliable internet connection and a private, dedicated workspace are also essential for this role. Additionally, you should have a positive, driven, and solution-oriented mentality, with the ability to show up to work on time and work your scheduled shift.
