As a Home Office Chat Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life. Key Responsibilities Answer 2-3 incoming chats using our LiveEngage (LivePerson) platform, providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Consult customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase, identifying and resolving problems in a way that creates a positive customer experience Proactively communicate and engage with your manager and team members to be successful in a virtual work environment, including one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and team chats Maintain high performance metrics, including revenue per call, quality, availability, and dependability, while living our company values: Big Hearted, Unconventional, Tenacious, and Better Together What You'll Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in customer service, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar field. You should also have excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute, and technical proficiency. A reliable internet connection and a private, dedicated workspace are also essential for this role. Additionally, you should have a positive, driven, and solution-oriented mentality, with the ability to show up to work on time and work your scheduled shift. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent experience 2-3 years minimum customer service experience Great typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and technical proficiency Reliable internet connection and speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, or better A private, dedicated workspace, free from interruption or distraction that promotes confidentiality Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a virtual or remote environment Experience with LiveEngage (LivePerson) or similar chat platforms Knowledge of contact lenses and vision care products Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to helping our people grow and develop in their careers. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, with a starting base pay of $15.00 per hour and bonus potential of up to $6/hr.
