Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll undertake: * **Answer 2-3 incoming chats**: Using our LiveEngage platform, you'll respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems. * **Consult customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase**: You'll work with customers to identify opportunities to enhance their purchase and provide personalized recommendations. * **Proactively communicate and engage with your manager and team members**: In a virtual work environment, communication is key.
