We are now seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to join our team and drive strategic HR initiatives that attract, engage, and retain top talent. The Role: HR Project Manager for Tech Organization As an HR Project Manager for the Tech Organization, you will play a vital role in executing the HR team's deliverables and building scalable people programs and infrastructure. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner team to drive specific HR programs and initiatives that support the Tech Team's objectives. This is a 100% remote opportunity, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: HR Project Management: Participate in and lead strategic cross-functional projects for critical deliverables, such as preparing for the annual compensation cycle and driving the approach toward sharing Employee Sentiment Survey results. HR Operations: Partner with broader talent teams to ensure the smooth execution and operation of key Netflix HR processes, including compensation planning, 360 feedback, and sentiment surveys. HR Metrics: Leverage and analyze people and organizational data to drive HR agenda and recommendations, providing data analysis support to HR Partners as needed. Cross-functional Logistics: Provide project support and track key programs in partnership with other teams, such as recruiting, talent management, and HRBPs. Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of overall experience, with 3 years of experience in organizing, managing, and executing complex projects in various HR fields, such as organizational design, workforce planning, and talent metrics. Strong business acumen, including problem-solving skills, high judgment, critical thinking, and analysis. Proven expertise in using data to tell stories and drive decision-making. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to develop and execute a comprehensive and effective communication plan for project rollout across the organization. The ability to adjust your style for various audiences to articulate complex issues clearly and succinctly. Strong data analytics skills and the ability to think and move quickly, manage multiple priorities, and make difficult tradeoffs to meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a complex, matrixed, global organization.
