Experienced HubSpot Consultant Needed for Marketing & Sales Hub

Overview We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Consultant with deep, hands-on expertise across Marketing Hub and Sales Hub. This contractor will architect, optimize, and operationalize end-to-end lifecycle workflows, ensuring clean data, accurate attribution, and measurable pipeline impact. You will work directly with leadership to deploy best practices, automate core motions, and ensure HubSpot is configured for scale. Responsibilities Audit current HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub configurations; identify gaps and remediation steps. Implement scalable lifecycle workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and attribution frameworks. Build and optimize marketing automations, nurturing sequences, and campaign structures. Configure Sales Hub pipelines, deal stages, automation rules, and reporting dashboards. Integrate HubSpot with third-party systems (CRM, ads, analytics, enrichment, calling tools, etc.). Establish governance: data hygiene, naming conventions, properties, compliance, and user permissions. Provide documentation, training, and ongoing optimization recommendations. Required Experience 3–5+ years hands-on with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub in production environments. Strong background configuring workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, automated sequences, and multi-touch attribution. Demonstrated experience with CRM pipeline architecture and sales process automation. Proven ability to diagnose HubSpot limitations and redesign systems for scale. Solid command of reporting, custom properties, data modeling, and API-based integrations. Bonus Experience HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, RevOps). Experience with revenue operations, ABM, or multi-product SaaS funnels. Experience executing large-scale data migrations or CRM restructures. Apply tot his job
