Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree: In Human Resources or a related field. Proven experience: As an HR Generalist or similar role, with a strong track record of success. Knowledge of employment laws: Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including labor laws and compliance. Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders. HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
