Job Summary We're looking for a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead our HR initiatives and ensure our workforce is equipped with the necessary skills and support to succeed. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process by identifying top talent, conducting interviews, and making the right hiring decisions to build a high-performing team. Training & Development: Collaborate with department heads to create and implement effective training programs, ensuring our employees are equipped with the skills needed to excel in their roles. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, managing conflicts, and promoting a healthy work-life balance. Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluations, goal setting, and professional development plans for all staff members to drive growth and improvement. HR Policies: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures that comply with legal regulations and support our organizational goals. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. Proven Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role is necessary. HR Best Practices: Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws is essential. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with employees and management. Problem-Solving: Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities are necessary to address employee concerns and manage conflicts. Confidentiality: A high level of confidentiality and ethical standards is expected in this role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office is required. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills are necessary to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree: A master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred. Certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR certification is an asset.
