Your key responsibilities will include: * **Service inbound calls**: Engage and consult with small business owners and decision-makers, learning about their needs and recommending the right arenaflex products. * **Deliver high levels of product and service knowledge**: Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and other elements of arenaflex Small Business Services to customers. * **Improve key selling skills**: Continuously develop your skills in building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales. * **Provide extraordinary customer care**: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment. * **Document necessary account information**: Adhere to established policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely documentation. **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **Customer service experience**: A minimum of two years of experience in customer service, with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication. * **Proven success in customer service and sales**: A track record of success in a customer service and sales environment, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. * **Ability to work in a web-based environment**: Proficient in navigating web-based systems and tools. * **Experience owning or working in a small business**: A plus, but not required. * **High school diploma or equivalent**: Required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. **Work Environment and Culture** As a Hybrid Customer Care Professional - Small Business Sales, you'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
