About the Role: Hybrid Technical Support and Customer Service Representative - Remote Night Shift We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hybrid Technical Support and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote worker, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch support to our clients and their customers. This is a night shift position, and we are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless customer experiences Offer additional products and/or services, upselling and cross-selling to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets Deliver expert customer experiences, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, with familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives Essential Qualifications: 1+ year of customer service experience, with a strong focus on building customer relationships and providing exceptional support Technical support experience preferred, with a solid understanding of hardware, software, and technical troubleshooting High school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in mathematics, reading, and writing Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home, with a reliable computer, internet connection, and smartphone Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ask probing questions to resolve customer issues Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with experience using databases, software applications, and technical tools Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding sales targets Technical certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent, with a strong understanding of technical troubleshooting and problem-solving Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a self-motivated and disciplined approach to work Strong leadership skills, with experience leading teams or mentoring colleagues, and a passion for developing and growing others Fluency in multiple languages, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and customer needs Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
