Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure seamless customer interactions Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, with a focus on iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology Offer additional products and/or services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable Work collaboratively with our team to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect Essential Qualifications Strong focus on building customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service 1+ year of customer service experience, with technical support experience preferred Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in computer navigation and PC knowledge Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home, with high-speed internet and a smartphone Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence Preferred Qualifications Technical support experience, with a strong understanding of hardware, software, and client products Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask probing questions to resolve complex issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with our team Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to investing in our game-changers and providing opportunities for career growth and development.
