Our goal is to empower our team members to grow, learn, and thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment. **The Role** As an Experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer – SailPoint Integration and Governance, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to create scalable and nimble solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system * Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment * SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data * Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements * Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize the software onboarding * Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation * Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience * Experience of Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other related technologies **What You'll Contribute** * A strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices * Experience with SailPoint implementation and strong IAM domain knowledge * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * A passion for innovation and a drive to stay ahead of the curve in the world of IAM **About Our Team** Our team is dedicated to keeping a secure operating environment and protecting the trust of our customers, partners, and stakeholders.
