Job Overview We are urgently seeking Product Testers to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. As an In-Home Product Tester, you will have the opportunity to test a wide range of products, provide feedback, and contribute to the development of new and innovative products. This is a flexible, part-time, and remote work opportunity that offers a competitive hourly pay rate of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the project. We guarantee 15-25 hours of work per week, and you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule. Key Responsibilities Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, including taking screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and product journal entries Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly, following all instructions and guidelines provided Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, and more Participate in private chat rooms or online discussions to provide feedback and insights on the products being tested Write reviews and provide feedback as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project Utilize MFour’s Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology) to capture Point-of-Emotion® insights and gain unparalleled depth of responses Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Ability to follow specific instructions and guidelines Excellent attention to detail and a curious spirit, with a passion for trying new products and providing feedback Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine, with flexibility to choose your own schedule Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection, as well as a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures Honesty, reliability, and good communication skills are essential for success in this role Must be 18 years or older to apply Benefits and Perks As an In-Home Product Tester and Consumer Research Participant, you will enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: Very competitive pay rate, with hourly pay between $25/hr. and $45/hr.
