Job Overview As an in-office customer service representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients over the phone, entering orders, tracking orders, offering catalog assistance, and performing detailed data entry tasks. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the phone, responding to their queries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Enter orders, track orders, and perform detailed data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail Offer catalog assistance to clients, providing them with information on products and services Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure that client needs are met and that sales targets are achieved Utilize Shopify plus experience to manage orders, track inventory, and analyze sales data Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service provided Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail environment High school diploma or equivalent required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy Experience with order processing, data entry, and office customer service Proficiency in Shopify plus and other retail software applications Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience in retail sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices Contract role experience in a similar industry or environment Active listening and telephone etiquette skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients over the phone Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, with a strong focus on teamwork and customer service Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Shopify plus and other retail software applications Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, with a strong focus on teamwork and customer service Strong active listening and telephone etiquette skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients over the phone Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
