Job Overview We're looking for an experienced and passionate Inbound Customer Service Agent to join our team. As an Inbound Customer Service Agent, you will assist customers at all levels by receiving inbound calls and answering questions about major appliance deliveries. This is a temporary work-from-home opportunity with a full-time schedule, offering a unique chance to work with a dynamic team and make a positive impact on the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Assist customers through inbound telephone calls for inquiries on appliance deliveries Provide information on product availability, delivery, and order processing Schedule deliveries and resolve post-delivery issues Offer alternate resolutions for customer concerns Support Store Associates, Call Center Associates, and Consumers in all aspects of the delivery process Create an outstanding quality service experience for the customer, advocating with multiple internal departments on their behalf for reasonable and satisfactory resolution Meet all work schedule demands and obligations with compliance, integrity, and according to values, processes, and policies Requirements for Success To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a passion for customer service and problem-solving, with the ability to remain calm and patient while handling challenging customer concerns. You should have good typing ability and computer skills, with experience navigating multiple online applications. Excellent organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to multi-task and use critical thinking are also essential.
