If you have experience in retail, customer service, and/or data entry, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities:** As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Addressing and resolving member inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Troubleshooting App and Device issues to ensure seamless member experiences * Documenting and updating member records based on interactions to maintain accurate and up-to-date information * Staying informed about our evolving products and services to provide expert support and guidance * Managing multiple member inquiries quickly, accurately, and efficiently to meet the high standards of arenaflex **Work Environment and Workspace:** As a remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home office.
