Job Overview As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in maintaining positive customer relations by addressing product-related concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions. This is a part-time, seasonal position that offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to choose your own availability and work around your existing commitments. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional and courteous manner Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner Take orders, verify information, and track packages to ensure seamless customer experiences Utilize multiple systems and software applications to navigate customer accounts, process transactions, and retrieve information Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and sales targets Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and resolve customer issues Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows, internet navigation, and software applications Reliable internet connection, meeting our minimum technical requirements (see below) Ability to work from home with minimal distractions and interruptions Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology Sales or upselling experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer populations Experience working in a seasonal or part-time capacity, with the ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities Technical Requirements: To work from home as an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you must meet the following technical requirements: A PC or laptop with a current and supported MS Windows 11 Operating System (no Mac, Vista, Chromebook, or XP) Processor: AMD Ryzen 2nd Generation or newer, or INTEL i-series 8th Generation or newer with 4 or more cores (2018 or newer) 8GB RAM or installed memory (minimum 4GB) 10GB of free hard disk space Dedicated high-speed internet with a wired connection (no dial-up, Wi-Fi, hotspots, or satellite) Internet download speed: 10.0 MBPS (minimum 4.0 MBPS) Internet upload speed: 5.0 MBPS (minimum 2.0 MBPS) Keyboard with function keys (F-keys) Wired USB headset Webcam (recommended but not required) Dual monitors (recommended but not required) Minimum monitor size of 17+ inches (recommended but not required) External mouse (recommended but not required) Training and Development: At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with the training and development opportunities they need to succeed.
