About the Role We are seeking highly skilled and motivated customer service professionals to join our remote team. As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to provide exceptional customer experiences, driving customer retention and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and empathetic manner Focusing on customer retention by providing personalized support, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards, ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management to ensure prompt resolution Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring efficient and effective issue resolution Following up on complicated customer calls, ensuring that issues are fully resolved and customers are satisfied Completing call notes and call reports as necessary, updating them in the CRM to maintain accurate records Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, ensuring that customer interactions are thoroughly documented Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating a strong foundation in education Bilingual skills, which are considered a plus, enabling you to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base Some sales and customer service experience, providing a solid understanding of customer needs and expectations Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written, with proper grammar and a professional tone Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, ensuring that multiple customer interactions are managed efficiently Some experience with MS Excel, which is considered a plus, enabling you to analyze data and track customer interactions The ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, demonstrating emotional intelligence and composure under pressure What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits program, including: Competitive wages, recognizing your skills and experience Medical, Dental, and Eye insurance, ensuring that you and your loved ones are protected Vacation and Sick time, providing a healthy work-life balance 401K benefits, helping you plan for your future Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we are dedicated to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
