As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, resolving their concerns, and finding solutions that meet their needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career, develop your skills, and make a real difference in the lives of our customers. **Responsibilities** As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to their inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner. * Focusing on customer retention and ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported. * Providing customers with our organization's service standards and ensuring that they understand our policies and procedures. * Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management and reporting on customer concerns. * Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and ensuring that customers receive the support they need. * Following up on complicated customer calls and ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction. * Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in our CRM system. * Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries. * Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken. * Performing other duties as assigned by management. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent. * Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required. * Some sales and customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment. * Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar. * Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. * Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. * Some experience with MS Excel is a plus. * The ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations. **Benefits Program** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits program that includes: * Competitive wages, with opportunities for commission and bonuses. * Medical, dental, and eye insurance available. * Vacation and sick time, so you can take breaks and recharge. * 401K benefits, so you can plan for your future. **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a real difference in the lives of our customers.
