Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. Ask probing questions to understand customer needs, persuade customers to purchase additional products and/or services, and build strong client relationships. Utilize product knowledge to identify new sales opportunities, retain customers, and drive business growth. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless customer interactions. Deliver expert customer experiences, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics. Essential Qualifications 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. 3+ months of soft sales experience, including upselling, recommending products or services, soliciting, or telemarketing. A basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, building relationships, and effective communication skills. Open availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends (if required). A high school diploma or GED, with a strong academic foundation. A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home, ensuring minimal interruptions and optimal productivity. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools simultaneously. Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing sales environments. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues. A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing, with a reliable High-Speed internet connection (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone. Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment, with a proven ability to stay motivated and productive. Strong sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
