Essential Qualifications and Requirements To be considered for this internship, you must: Be currently enrolled in a college or university program, with the ability to receive college credit or something equivalent for your internship Have a strong interest in the entertainment industry, particularly in talent management and production Be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of reliability and accountability Have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have experience with Google Suite Be able to commit to a regular schedule, with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed Preferred qualifications include previous experience in the entertainment industry, either through internships or volunteer work, and a strong understanding of the talent management and production process.
