Essential Qualifications Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. Proven experience in non-voice customer support or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards. Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach, and the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
