Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be responsible for promoting sales to direct consumers by initiating chats, acting on leads, and presenting arenaflex products to identify travel needs and make personalized recommendations. As a key member of our sales team, you will establish and maintain quality customer relationships, deliver exceptional customer service, and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals. Key Responsibilities Promote sales to direct consumers by initiating chats, acting on leads, and presenting arenaflex products to identify travel needs and make personalized recommendations Establish and maintain quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, establishing rapport, and identifying and meeting customer needs and expectations Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing consumers, maintaining a prospect list/contact database to identify client travel trends Proactively seek opportunities to promote and sell arenaflex products based on client travel history, acquiring in-depth industry and company knowledge to articulate product features, benefits, and pricing Attend and actively participate in daily team meetings or relevant sales training to ensure appropriate sales techniques are being used and accurate information is being communicated to direct consumers Participate in department-approved mass email campaigns targeting specific guests' profiles Perform other job-related functions as assigned Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Minimum one year of sales experience; 2 years of sales experience preferred, with cruise sales experience being a plus Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with direct guests and internally Strong working knowledge of arenaflex products, including current fleet and ship itineraries Ability to multi-task and work in a high-energy sales environment that is goal/quota-driven Adherence to a strictly enforced dress code (note: this is a remote position, but a professional attitude and demeanor are still required) Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a remote sales environment Fluency in a language other than English Previous experience with live chat software and technology Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
