You will work closely with our IT team to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement process enhancements, and provide exceptional support to our stakeholders. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for IT and data entry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to ensure the operational sustainability of the basic infrastructure that supports our airport communication spaces for arenaflex's IT Offices Group. * Manage the IT administration of all site executions, inventories, system planning, and maintenance for server farm basic infrastructure, IT accreditation labs, and remote communication room basic climate gear. * Provide IT support for IT labs to align our client application and design teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their applications. * Collaborate with professional services responsible for basic framework maintenance and break-fix activities at remote communication rooms. * Manage, operate, maintain, and monitor all basic offices infrastructure for server farm and remote communication room gear. * Develop and implement server farm and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure. * Support IT Offices grounds fiber ring to maintain the reliability and service coherence of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring. * Suggest and implement departmental policies, procedures, standards, and methods. * Ensure compliance with all governing corporate policies and regulations. * Manage project planning and execution of server farm and remote communication room capital upgrades, updates, and improvements. * Determine IT and basic offices services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best prices for products and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual obligations. * Provide proactive and break-fix support for alert/ticket remediation related to offices, remote communication rooms, lab, and server farm gear. * Ensure the operational sustainability of airport basic climate framework. * Develop Plan Guidelines for Remote Communication Room Space, UPS, air conditioning, Generators, and Fire Life and Security (FLS) systems. * Collaborate with remote teams for airport basic framework maintenance and break-fix activities. * Conduct surveys and store support records, ensuring discrepancies are remediated. * Provide remote incident management support for airport basic hardware. * Provide remote installation, setup, and operational support. * Maintain strict adherence to change control procedures. * Balance multiple priorities within established time constraints. * Demonstrate adaptability to support an activity with varying shifts, extended hours, and availability to work requirements. * Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. * Focus on the health and safety of self, others, and personal data. * Embrace diverse individuals, perspectives, and styles. **What You'll Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information technology, business administration). * Strong background in server farm management and IT administration. * Experience with project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL). **What Will Give You an Edge (Preferred Qualifications)** * IT project management experience (at least 3 years) within a high-availability communication room or server farm working environment, with daily operational requirements and the operation of production systems and equipment. * Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA). * Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). * Strong knowledge of IT security principles and practices. * Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. * Comprehensive training and support. * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options. * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools. * Opportunities for career advancement and leadership development. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for IT and data entry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
