About Delta Airlines and the IT Offices Group Delta Airlines is a major American airline with a rich history and a commitment to excellence. The IT Offices Group is responsible for the administration of IT infrastructure, project management, and support for Delta's airport communication spaces. As an IT Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of this team, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of critical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Provide IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to ensure the operational sustainability of critical infrastructure. Manage IT infrastructure, including site implementations, inventories, capacity planning, and break/fix services for data center infrastructure, IT validation labs, and remote communication room critical environment equipment. Support IT labs to align with client application and engineering teams, providing workstations, hardware, and access to test their applications. Coordinate with professional services to manage critical infrastructure maintenance and break-fix activities at remote communication rooms. Develop and implement departmental policies, guidelines, principles, and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulations. Manage projects related to data center and remote communication room capital enhancements, upgrades, and improvements. Select and procure IT and basic facilities services, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with contractual commitments. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Knowledge of data center technology and basic facilities infrastructure. Project management experience, particularly in a high-availability communication room or data center environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to prioritize multiple tasks within established time limitations. Flexibility to support an operation with fluctuating movements, extended hours, and on-call requirements. A commitment to the safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Preferred Qualifications To give you a competitive edge, the following qualifications are preferred: A four-year certification or 5 or more years of relevant experience. IT project management involvement (minimum 2 years) in a high-availability communication room or data center working environment. Experience with capital planning and project management for airport critical equipment life cycle replacement. Knowledge of space, UPS power, and basic cooling capacity management.
