Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Security Executive to join our team in Colombia, working closely with the Corporate IT Security team and local IT leadership to implement and coordinate cybersecurity projects and activities. As a key member of our IT Security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the mitigation of cybersecurity and operational business risks, while supporting the implementation of IT projects and activities that align with the company's goals. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate resources and activities to meet the goals of the IT Security team, focusing on mitigating cybersecurity and operational business risks. • Support the adaptation of implementation plans to local operational realities, ensuring alignment with corporate IT security objectives. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, users, business managers, and IT personnel, to implement projects and activities related to vulnerability management, obsolescence tracking, and more. • Report directly to the Corporate IT Security Manager and functionally to the local IT Manager (Country IT Manager). • Coordinate with functional leaders to execute changes in technologies under their responsibility. • Interact with vendors, users, business managers, IT personnel, and IT security teams to ensure effective project implementation and issue resolution. • Manage multiple priorities, executing projects and activities with high technical complexity and implementation challenges, including vulnerability remediation and diverse activities. Requirements: Essential Qualifications: • Experience in regulatory compliance and IT security. • Proven experience in infrastructure operations (Wintel, Linux, Unix environments). • Experience in IT security operations, including implementation of security projects and activities. • Knowledge of IT operations, with a focus on IT processes, control, and security. • Excellent communication and training skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. • Relevant certifications in IT security, such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP. • Experience with project management methodologies and IT service management frameworks.
