Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with our Warehouse Operations team by spending time on the warehouse floor to understand their workflows and provide tailored technical support. Investigate and resolve a wide range of technical issues, including Windows server, network connectivity, and warehouse hardware problems. Manage tickets on ServiceNow to ensure timely updates and resolutions for our local and remote end-users. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and business teams to resolve high-impact incidents, providing high-quality and accurate information. Participate in continuous improvement efforts, identifying recurring technical issues and implementing standard operating procedures to enhance business efficiency. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, procedures, and cycles, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry best practices. Demonstrate ownership and accountability by utilizing a strong work ethic to tackle complex problems from start to finish. Conduct thorough investigations by asking clarifying questions, gathering relevant data, and resolving issues using a data-driven approach. Lead and execute technical projects that impact the local site, ensuring successful implementation and minimal disruption to business operations. Be a team player, assisting other team members to achieve overall group objectives and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment. Be flexible and willing to provide support to 24/7 fulfillment centers and participate in rotational or on-call shifts, as needed. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a computer science or IT-related field, or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of IT support experience, ideally in a warehouse environment. 2+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows Server and Active Directory Issues (Group Policy and Client profiles). 2+ years of experience troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, VoIP, VPN, and Cisco/Aruba networking device issues. 2+ years of experience deploying software imaging using SCCM. Experience troubleshooting warehouse device hardware, such as RF barcode scanners, label printers, desktops/PCs, and other peripherals/devices. Experience with technical documentation and implementing compact investigation to service. Strong client support and administrative skills, with attention to detail and excellent communication abilities. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results. A strong work ethic and a desire to be a lifelong learner, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Preferred Qualifications A+, Network+, or other IT industry-standard certifications. Ability to script, specifically with Powershell, VBScript, or PHP. Experience with email, FTP, and HTTP troubleshooting.
