You will work closely with local and remote IT Site Support Specialists, employees, and management to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Our company is known for its customer-driven approach, providing exceptional service and support to our clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including network design and troubleshooting, project management, leadership of local IT Support Specialists, data cabling, and system administration in various software and hardware conditions. * Investigate complex application, equipment, and network issues, and provide top-notch solutions to IT problems. * Work closely with local and remote IT Site Support Specialists, employees, and management to deliver exceptional service to our clients. * Collaborate with the organization's leaders to identify, recommend, develop, and implement cost-effective technology solutions to support our rapid growth. * Adjust the IT process and guide for the Satisfaction Community to meet the requirements set by the local Operations team. **What You'll Require:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an IT-related field. * 4 years of experience providing technical support in a Satisfaction Community environment. * MS certifications like MCSE, MCSA, and MCITP. * Broad knowledge of Motorola/Zebra RF Units: Moto MC9190, VC6090, WT41N0. * Skills in areas of IT like Microsoft Networking, Mobile Device Management, RF Technologies. * Advanced investigating skills in a multi-client, high-pressure environment. * Broad knowledge of networking concepts like DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications. * Experience with Information Cabling/PC Offices maintenance. * Demonstrated success in leading IT Support teams. * Demonstrated skills in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and disposal. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (face-to-face and through phone/radio) with peers, management, employees, and vendors. * Experience managing vendor contracts, relationships, and service outages. * Ability to stand/walk for 10-12 hours a day. * Willingness to work flexible shifts and schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Participation in an on-call support rotation and ability to respond to emergency situations. * Experience working in a SLA-driven environment. * Experience supporting PCs in a Windows Active Directory environment. * Cisco CCNA * Working knowledge of SOTI MobiControl device management * Ability to manage high-priority projects * Demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. * Ability to travel up to 25%. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, regardless of reasonable accommodation. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** As an IT Site Director at Arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company.
