**Experienced IT Support Specialist – Network and Desktop Infrastructure**

We're now seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our Technology Services Group (TSG) team, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our network and desktop infrastructure. **Job Summary:** As an IT Support Specialist, you'll provide exceptional technical support to our clients, resolving complex issues related to network frameworks, desktop applications, and equipment. You'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades, ensuring that our systems run efficiently and effectively. If you're passionate about technology, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities:** * Provide daily technical support for network frameworks and desktop infrastructure, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades. * Design, implement, and investigate desktop applications, workstations, servers, and network issues. * Maintain passwords, data integrity, and document framework security. * Offer technical support to PC framework clients, answering questions or resolving PC issues face-to-face, via telephone, email, chat, and other communication channels. * Provide guidance on the use of PC equipment and software, including printing, installation, project management, email, and operating systems. * Respond to client support requests, diagnose technical issues, and maintain trust with TSG. * Communicate with clients via telephone to discuss recognized issues or concerns and resolve them (e.g., equipment or software glitches, client errors, etc.). * Investigate recognized issues by gathering information, assessing online resources, or reviewing internal sites to identify solutions and collaborate with resolution. * Conduct site visits within the region to investigate issues and install or upgrade equipment and software when necessary. * Follow up with clients to ensure issues were resolved completely. * Complete service orders to prevent functional delays in resolving issues. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Ability to convey highly technical information to both technical and non-technical clients. * Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (client/server). * Experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Phantom, Symantec, Desktop Applications, Dynamic Registry, and other Internet browsers (desired). * Specialized certifications like A+, Network+, or MCP (desired). * Technical work experience (desired). **Compensation and Benefits:** Our compensation reflects the cost of work across multiple US geographic business sectors. The base salary for this position ranges from $23.85/hour to $38.75/hour. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to, market area and may vary depending on work-related information, skills, education/training, and an applicant's work experience. Employed candidates may be eligible for annual short-term and long-term incentive compensation programs based on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent on various factors, including but not limited to, individual performance, specialty unit performance, and the organization's performance. This position is eligible for a bonus based on organizational performance.
