Your primary duties will include: * Entering, updating, and verifying data accurately to ensure the integrity of our clients' systems * Investigating and resolving technical issues, including hardware and software problems * Providing specialized help to clients, including password management, data security, and record framework security * Assisting clients with the use of computer equipment and software, including printing, installation, project management systems (SPLUS, ETPS2, and E2K, etc.), email, and operating systems * Collaborating with clients to identify and resolve technical issues, including troubleshooting and problem-solving * Conducting site visits to investigate issues and introduce or update equipment and software as needed * Providing follow-up support to clients to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction * Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and technical issues * Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends to ensure our clients receive the best possible support **Key Obligations** * Answer client care demands and determine the technical assistance issue (i.e., software or equipment related) and maintain trust in arenaflex * Speak with clients by telephone to discuss distinguished issues or concerns and resolve the issues (e.g., equipment or software breakdown, client mistake, etc.) * Explore distinguished issues by getting clarification on some things, investigating web information destinations, and additionally inward site (i.e., project note pad) to recognize arrangements and work with goal * Conduct site visits within the region to investigate issue as well as introduce or update equipment and programming on the off chance that help issue can't be somewhat settled * Conduct circle back to clients to confirm issues were settled totally * Finish administration orders to stay away from functional defers in settling issues **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in IT support, data entry, or a related field * Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (client/server) * Experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, Distant Work area Applications, Dynamic Catalog, and different Internet browsers * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Computer Science or related field preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with project management systems (SPLUS, ETPS2, and E2K, etc.) * Knowledge of data security and record framework security * Experience with password management and data integrity * Familiarity with cloud-based applications and services * Experience with remote work and virtual teams **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (client/server) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction * High level of integrity and trustworthiness, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
