**Experienced IT Support Technician – Data Entry and Remote Access Specialist**

As a key member of the Data Innovation Group within the Data Innovation Division, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure, working remotely to provide top-notch support to our end-users. **Why You'll Love This Job** As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for resolving and closing tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals, answering client care issues raised from the Helpdesk, and collaborating with other departments to address system-related issues.
